I am an IFS trained, trauma informed, relational psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. For over 20 years, I have been honored to sit with people struggling with relationship difficulties, doubt and self-criticism, grief, and physical and sexual trauma. I use expressive interventions such as writing, drawing, visualization, and sand tray based on the needs of each individual. I welcome clients to join me in gentle curiosity, humor, and the understanding of unseen and unspoken truths that rumble below words. The story of our lives and relationships are reflected through how we feel in work, play, and our current relationships. Our greatest joys, talents, fears, and conflicts often overlap. I receive each individual as a whole person and create a space where we can both listen to what you need. I view seeking support through psychotherapy as a sign of strength; our work will help us understand and shift internal barriers in order to allow greater self-knowledge and positive changes in your life.
